Stayed for 2 days and did not want to leave there, I would come there again. Overall I spent my time lovely. My brand-new room came with an amazing view and a nice terrace, as example. Having a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet was a bonus. It had peaceful and unbeatable location near Eminence and Ella Rock and restaurants.

The location of this place is amazing, being close to the mountains and Ella Rock.

It was in a hillside location, superclose to all the restaurants.

the breakfast meal was healthy and delicious with fresh juice, curd with honey plus honey.

I recently stayed at Eminence for a few days and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the hosts, Aku and his family, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with picture windows that showcased the breathtaking views. The bed was comfortable with a big cosy duvet, and the shower was nice and hot. The highlight of my stay was the amazing breakfast served on the balcony overlooking the valley below. It was a complete traditional and English breakfast, with more than I could eat. Aku and his family truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, offering additional services such as laundry and a free hike to a nearby attraction. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The rooms at this family-run guest house are beautifully decorated and provide a cozy atmosphere. the breathtaking view outside the room is simply stunning. the main host, Aku, is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to provide detailed explanations about the area and offer excellent advice on itineraries and recommended restaurants. the coffee served is delicious and the tuk-tuk drivers they work with are trustworthy and friendly, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience. a highly recommended stay.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the city center and various attractions. The rooms were spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The complimentary breakfast served on the balcony was a delicious bonus. Additionally, the hotel offered great facilities and provided excellent tour planning and travel assistance.

The uphill location may be a challenge for those who prefer not to walk steep roads.

We had a wonderful stay at Eminence. The owner Isuru and his friend gave us a warm welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the waterfall and railway. Isuru even helped us rent a scooter and organize a taxi. We enjoyed cooking a delicious meal with his mother and were always treated to tea and coffee when we returned from our tours. Breakfast was also fantastic, delivered to our room with a stunning view. Thank you Isuru for an unforgettable stay!

The view from my room at Eminence Ella was absolutely breathtaking. I woke up to the sight of a small waterfall, which added such a peaceful and serene atmosphere to my stay. The room itself was modern and spacious, with beautiful wall art depicting elephants. I also appreciated the cheap and efficient laundry service, which made my trip much more convenient. The location of the guesthouse was ideal, with the city just a short walk away and the famous Ella Rock within reach. I loved starting my day with the delicious local breakfast they served. I had a fantastic experience at Eminence Ella and would definitely recommend it. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning view, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and delicious breakfast.

The value for money at this place was incredible, with spacious and modern rooms including A/C, hot water, and good WiFi. The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect, away from the noise of the main road but still close to all the tourist areas. The staff, especially Aku, were incredibly helpful and made our stay comfortable and memorable. They went out of their way to assist us with travel planning and gave us great recommendations for activities in Ella and even in our next destination, all at reasonable prices. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise and the hospitality we received left us in awe.

They even organized a memorable day trip for me, taking me on a walk over 9 bridges, up Little Adam's peak, and through tea plantations. The location of the hotel is perfect, offering a calm setting with a beautiful view of the hills and famous train. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with a hot shower and comfortable bed. I cannot fault this place, it truly offers top-notch service and Sri Lankan hospitality.

The view from the terrace where we had breakfast was breathtaking and added to the overall charm of the place. the hotel's location was perfect, tucked away off the main road but still close to restaurants, shops, and transportation options.

Thankfully, we didn't have any negative experiences during our stay. Everything was simply perfect and exceeded our expectations.
